Er. Adnan Mohammad Khan did his B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering and M.Tech. in Processing & Food Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. He has experience of Food Processing Industry & Research. He worked in Acme Harvest Pvt Ltd., Petroleum Dept. A.M.U., Aligarh, & Quick Engineering Solutions. His research interest is in Biodegradable packaging, novel food products development and IoT based food safety. Currently serving as Assistant professor at HVKC.
