Er. Umexi Rani has done Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology and Master of Technology specialized in Food Engineering and Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, Punjab. She is NET qualified and has research work experience of multiple projects and expertise in the field of Food Technology, Biotechnology and new product development. She worked as Research Assistant for TRIFED project at Amity University, Noida. Her area of specialization is extraction of bioactive compounds and waste valorization. Currently serving as Assistant professor at HVKC.
